Respectful handling of recruitment information

Information collected

The planned employer inquiry form asks for an organization, contact person, professional email, country, role or reference, optional organization website, requested information categories, and a short message. The local development preview currently validates these fields but does not deliver or retain submissions.

How information is used

When the production workflow is approved, inquiry information will be used to assess professional opportunities, respond to recruiters, independently verify requesting organizations, coordinate interviews, and review document requests. It will not authorize automated document release or application submission.

Employer inquiries and document requests

A request does not make an employer verified. Kefa will independently review the organization and purpose. Private documents will be limited to specifically approved versions, recipients, purposes, and time periods. High-sensitivity documents require Hiediy's explicit authorization for the particular request.

Private identity documents, signatures, transcripts, and credential scans are not served from the public website.

Retention and deletion

Proposed retention periods remain under review. The current proposal is 90 days for unverified inquiries and 12 months for approved request audit metadata, with immediate invalidation of revoked access. These periods are not final policy and must be approved before launch.

Access, correction, and deletion

A person who has contacted the site may ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Hiediy controls approval of her public biography and portrait and may request corrections to her professional information.

Security and limited disclosure

The planned portal uses server-side authorization, restricted document storage, audit records, expiring access, and human approval. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the production controls must be tested before the site accepts private documents or inquiries.
